A Day in the Life

•            Collaborate with project managers to coordinate projects and ensure timely completion.

•            Prepare client deliverables for permit requirements.

•            Process permits efficiently, navigating the application process for timely approvals.

•            Handle incoming calls and greet visitors, providing professional assistance and educating them on our services.

•            Maintain schedules and calendars, supporting effective time management.

•            Utilize computer skills for data management and creating documents.

•            Organize and maintain files for easy accessibility.

•            Conduct internet research to gather project-related information.

•            Enter data accurately into reports.

•            Learn new software and industry practices.

•            Develop an understanding of the construction process.

•            Proficiently use Microsoft Programs, CRM software, and Google Chrome.

•            Schedule inspections in a timely manner.

Qualifications

•            Show initiative and a strong desire to grow personally and professionally.

•            Exceptional attention to detail.

•            Ability to organize and create efficient systems.

•            Experience using Microsoft Programs, CRM software, and Google Chrome.

•            Exhibit exceptional proficiency in critical thinking, adeptness in problem-solving, and a remarkable capacity for rapid learning.

•            Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Location: Naples, FL

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 730am to 430pm
