Job Description:

Eleven20Eight LLC is seeking motivated and dependable Helper/Installers to assist with the delivery and installation of household appliances, furniture, fitness equipment, and general merchandise. This role supports lead drivers and installers, helping ensure smooth, professional service at each stop.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Help with in-home delivery and installation of appliances and merchandise
• Handle items with care and follow white glove service standards
• Support installation of electric and gas appliances, wall mounts, and fitness equipment
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Follow safety procedures and assist with clean-up and job completion
• Ensure all tools and equipment are handled properly and securely
• Follow instructions from the lead installer and delivery team

Requirements:

• No driver’s license required
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 100 lbs with assistance)
• Basic knowledge of tools and installation practices (training available)
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel locally or regionally
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Experience (Not All Required):

• Appliance handling and installation (e.g., ranges, dryers, dishwashers)
• Fitness equipment assembly (treadmills, bikes, wall mounts)
• White glove furniture or mattress delivery
• General merchandise, electronics, and TV wall-mount installation
