Elauwit is seeking a Project Manager who will be a member of the Project Management Office. The Project Manager will apply office knowledge, experience, interpersonal skills and telecom construction know-how to complete projects on time. Duties provided includes customer follow-up, information collection, hardware deployment, sub-contractor management, vendor management, expense report coding, shipping hardware, some office management duties, updating service orders, data entry, attendance in meetings with clients and stakeholders, recording and distribution of meeting minutes and preparing material order requests, track shipments to sites. Projet Manager will apply PMP best practices to ensure successful project closeout.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating all internal and external tasks to complete network deployments of managed wifi and network services (some low-voltage and fiber optic)
  • Knowledge of and adherence to Elauwit policies and procedures
  • Oversee subs and install teams
  • Order, track and coordinate hardware installations
  • Hands on site management
  • All other duties as assigned


Leadership & Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example on all engagements - internal and external resources
  • Adhere to PMBOK fundamental practices to deploy Elauwit’s managed wifi and low-voltage projects
  • Direct and collaborate with cross functional teams for completion of projects


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Procore experience a plus
  • Telecom/ MSP / network integrator / low-voltage experience a plus


Education & Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Technical Project management role
  • Low-Voltage or technology related experience required
  • PMP, CAPM or equivalent Project Management Certification desired
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in a Technical Field


Physical and Additional Requirements:

  • Ability of lift and carry objects up to 25 lbs.
  • Frequent sitting, standing and walking
  • Some weekend and/or night work or on-call may be required
  • Domestic travel requiring multi-night stays within and at times outside the local work area
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license is a requirement and must have a positive driver’s abstract
  • Must be willing to complete background checks and drug tests as required by current or future contracts


Salary

$90,000 - $110,000 per year
