Description
- Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and answer questions about our program
- Present and sell memberships and services to new and renewing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach monthly sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries/questions
- Schedule class trials, follow-up after trials by phone and email
- Take class photos to post on Instagram
- Marketing - ordering postcards, mailers, swag, etc.
- Event planning and execution. i.e. Parent’s Night Out and Buddy Bash
- Perform administrative duties that support the above primary functions
- Maintain general appearance of the facility
- Responsible for the inventory, ordering, care, and maintenance of all related supplies and equipment
- File incident reports (accidents, injuries, altercations) no later than the day of the incident
- Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms/Lead management
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Outgoing and friendly
- Punctual and detail-oriented
Salary
$20 - $25 per hour
