  • Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and answer questions about our program
  • Present and sell memberships and services to new and renewing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach monthly sales targets
  • Resolve customer inquiries/questions
  • Schedule class trials, follow-up after trials by phone and email
  • Take class photos to post on Instagram
  • Marketing - ordering postcards, mailers, swag, etc.
  • Event planning and execution. i.e. Parent’s Night Out and Buddy Bash
  • Perform administrative duties that support the above primary functions
  • Maintain general appearance of the facility
  • Responsible for the inventory, ordering, care, and maintenance of all related supplies and equipment
  • File incident reports (accidents, injuries, altercations) no later than the day of the incident
  • Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms/Lead management
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Outgoing and friendly
  • Punctual and detail-oriented


$20 - $25 per hour
