**Job Overview:**

As a Teachers Aid, you will work closely with our experienced educators to support the learning and development of young children. You will assist in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities

- Supervise and engage with children during daily routines and educational activities

- Support children in developing essential skills, such as literacy and numeracy

- Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment

- Communicate effectively with parents and other staff members

- Participate in training and professional development opportunities

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children

- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with a team

- Must pass a background check (Note: We do not inquire about criminal backgrounds during the hiring process)
