We’re hiring Engagement Managers at 82i.

At 82i, Engagement Managers are trained to use strong financial judgment and take real responsibility.

You won’t just report the numbers. You’ll work directly with founders to make decisions that move the business. That includes owning forecasting and cash planning, pressure-testing growth and hiring plans, supporting pricing and fundraising decisions, and helping CEOs understand the tradeoffs behind their choices.

This isn’t traditional consulting or a back-office finance role. You’re embedded inside founder-led companies as a hands-on partner, helping leadership decide what to do next and making sure the plan actually works.
