Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
  • Perform data entry and update databases accurately.
  • Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical duties.
  • Support management and staff with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous clerical, administrative, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
