We are experiencing an exciting period of hyper growth and are currently looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to assigned customers by using knowledge of the company and products and services. The Sales Coordinator interacts with customers as well as internal staff to provide information in response to questions and concerns through e-mail, phone and face-to-face. This position is part of a team that continues to develop current business relationships and ensure client satisfaction to grow existing and new revenue for the company. This position is required to be on-site, based in our Irvine, CA location and may require overtime hours. 


  • Retail coordination.
  • Understand the flow and fill rate of Purchase Orders.
  • Track orders. Liaise with stores/ store managers/ procurement on orders, delay, shorts.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent records. 
  • Liaise with logistic team to execute PO’s and load tracking.
  • Collect & analyze data and generate reports.


  • Enjoys sales, interacting with customers.
  • Willing to learn and utilize our proven, best-in-class sales and customer service training and techniques.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication/organizational skills.
  • Ability to deploy a sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
  • 1-3 Year of logistics sales coordination and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Requires in-person work Monday - Friday. Based out of Irvine, CA.
