We are experiencing an exciting period of hyper growth and are currently looking for a highly organized Trade Show / Expo Coordinator who will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events and trade shows. The Lead & Expo Coordinator will be comfortable speaking about our products and engaging with potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of urgency, strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric attitude.



  • Work closely with business development team to generate and qualify new leads.
  • Register for events, keeping track of deadlines and following-up with stakeholders.
  • Manage event logistics for the event, including setup and takedown of equipment.
  • Data entry and record keeping.
  • Learn about Eggs Unlimited and its products and services.
  • Engage with attendees, answer questions, and provide information about our products and services.
  • Collect contact information from interested individuals for follow-up purposes.
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Track and qualify leads at events.
  • Distribute leads to sales team in a timely manner.
  • Assist in providing support and guidance to potential customers.



  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding expectations.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to deploy a sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Physical requirements include lifting up to 55lbs.
  • Based out of Irvine, CA. Must be willing to travel approximately 25-50% of the time.
