Responsibilities will vary by client but are centered around execution, efficiency, and scalability:
- Serve as the primary execution partner to the Account Manager by owning backend delivery across assigned client accounts
- Execute tasks and workflows using tools, systems, and AI to increase speed and reduce manual effort
- Build, improve, and maintain repeatable processes to support consistent and scalable client delivery
- Support multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high quality and responsiveness
- Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, or improve recurring tasks and workflows
- Manage inboxes, calendars, travel, and administrative workflows with a focus on efficiency and prioritization
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and other systems to ensure visibility and continuity across the team
- Communicate clearly and proactively with the Account Manager regarding progress, risks, and opportunities
- Escalate issues quickly and take ownership in resolving them
- Continuously learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and AI capabilities to improve performance
- Participate in team huddles, trainings, and performance conversations focused on outcomes and improvement

- Work is completed efficiently with minimal manual repetition
- AI and tools are consistently used to improve speed and output
- The Account Manager is freed up to focus on client strategy and relationships
- Multiple client accounts are supported without loss of quality
- Processes are improved over time, not just maintained
- Clients experience reliable, high-quality execution and follow-through
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in operations, administrative support, or similar role
- Strong comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of ownership, reliability, and follow-through
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to improve workflows or productivity
- Experience supporting multiple clients, stakeholders, or projects simultaneously
- Background in startups, operations, or high-growth environments
