Description

The Role

As a Receptionist at Edwards Law, PLLC, you will play a crucial role in managing the front desk operations and providing exceptional customer service for clients of Edwards Law, PLLC, Texas Title, and Start-Up Agent. You will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phone calls, organizing mail, keeping the reception area and conference areas clean and presentable, and assisting with administrative tasks to support the legal and title team as needed.


What You'll Do

- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive and professional first impression of the firm.

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary.

- Manage consultation appointment scheduling for attorneys and title agents.

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked reception area, conference rooms, kitchen/break room, and restroom.

- Daily office trash collection.

- Shredding documents.

- Setting up new files.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
