What You’ll Do:

-Greet our clients with warmth and professionalism, making them feel at home.

-Manage appointment bookings and answer calls confidently and courteously.

-Keep our front desk and reception area organized and inviting.

-Support bar operations. (must be 21+ to assist with this part)

-Travel between Northlake and Steele Creek locations as needed to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:

-Previous experience in customer service or reception roles preferred.

-Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, or similar software.

-Excellent communication skills and a friendly phone presence.

-Strong multitasking and time-management skills.

-Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. (no Uber/Lyft)

-Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, with hours varying week to week. (from a minimum of 16 to 35 hours)

Schedule Details:

This role is based on coverage needs, meaning you’ll be scheduled when our regular team members are unavailable. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with potential to work up to 35 hours. Some weeks may have fewer hours, depending on team requirements.
