What You'll Do:

• Greet our clients with warmth and professionalism, making them feel at home.
• Manage appointment bookings and answer calls confidently and courteously.
• Keep our front desk and reception area organized and inviting.
• Support bar operations. (must be 21+ to assist with this part)
• Assist with retail sales and inventory at the front desk.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service or reception roles preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, or similar software.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly phone presence.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
• Reliable transportation. (no Uber/Lyft)
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, with hours varying week to week. (from a minimum of 16 to 35 hours)

Schedule Details:

This role is based on coverage needs, meaning you'll be scheduled when our regular team members are unavailable. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with potential to work up to 35 hours. Some weeks may have fewer hours, depending on team requirements.
