About the Role

As a UX Designer + Webflow Developer, you will be at the heart of crafting exceptional user experiences that align with our core principles. This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of our website’s UX design and development, blending creativity and technical skills to maximize value for both our customers and the business. Initially project-based, this role has the potential to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate.

You will create seamless, engaging, and inclusive digital journeys that reflect our brand’s mission. You will also leverage Webflow to bring these designs to life, ensuring that every user’s experience is intuitive, impactful, and optimized. From redesigning key pages to addressing customer needs through innovative solutions, your contributions will directly support our goal of achieving exponential growth and reaching millions.

Your Responsibilities 

• Reimagine the User Journey: Conduct in-depth analysis of current user flows, particularly for first-time visitors exploring GLP-1 weight loss treatments. Recommend and implement design strategies that enhance accessibility and inclusivity, resonating with diverse backgrounds, including suburban moms—our core audience.
• Redesign Key Site Areas: Revamp high-priority pages to clearly communicate Eden’s offerings and the process for starting a weight loss journey with GLP-1 medications. Ensure designs are relatable, empowering, and supportive, reflecting our customer-centric values.
• Build with Webflow Expertise: Translate UX designs into responsive, fast-loading, and brand-aligned Webflow implementations. Leverage your Webflow proficiency to optimize site functionality, ensuring seamless navigation and accessibility across devices.
• Create Inclusive, Impactful Experiences: Infuse designs with empathy and inclusivity, ensuring Eden’s site supports users of diverse body types, health journeys, and backgrounds.

What You Bring to Eden 

• UX Design Mastery: Proficient in Figma with a portfolio showcasing your ability to design and prototype exceptional digital experiences. Strong storytelling skills, capable of crafting engaging and user-friendly interfaces that drive action.
• Webflow Expertise:Demonstrated experience building responsive, high-performance websites using Webflow.
• Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus, allowing you to add interactivity and enhance functionality.
