About the Role
At Eden, we are on a mission to improve America’s metabolic health through accessible, science-backed treatments. As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be a key leader, responsible for building and executing a bold, customer-centric marketing strategy that drives exponential growth. Your mission will be to increase Eden’s reach, amplify our message, and optimize our customer acquisition strategies to maximize the value we bring to both the business and the customer. You’ll lead a team of innovators, work closely with cross-functional leadership, and directly contribute to Eden’s impact on the nation’s health.

Your Responsibilities

- 10X Growth Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that scales customer acquisition 10X, focusing on growth levers such as digital channels, content, paid media, SEO, partnerships, and innovative health marketing approaches.
- Maximizing Customer Reach: Create and execute campaigns that elevate Eden’s brand and expand our reach to millions more customers nationwide. Leverage advanced data analytics to identify untapped market segments and drive penetration into new geographies and demographics.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Build a culture of data-centric marketing, optimizing every customer interaction based on actionable insights. Use KPIs to measure success in driving conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
- Revenue Acceleration: Develop integrated campaigns that support and accelerate Eden’s revenue growth, working closely with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. You will be accountable for driving significant top-line growth.
- Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization: Own the entire lead generation funnel, optimizing conversion at every stage. You will create, test, and iterate to improve the customer journey from first contact to retention, implementing tools like A/B testing, personalization, and automation to improve performance.
- Innovative Brand Storytelling: Build Eden’s brand identity by creating compelling, human-centered stories that resonate with our customers. You’ll ensure our messaging reflects our mission to improve America’s metabolic health and builds lasting emotional connections.
- Customer-Centric Product Launches: Lead go-to-market strategies for new products and services, ensuring we deliver value to the customer from day one. You will create buzz, execute successful product launches, and ensure rapid customer adoption.
- Partnerships & Alliances: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that extend Eden’s reach, from influencers to healthcare institutions, aligning with our goal to improve health outcomes across the country.
- Fostering a Risk-Taking, Innovative Culture: You will encourage a risk-taking mindset, where experimentation and bold marketing decisions are valued. Your team will be empowered to challenge the status quo, think big, and drive disruptive marketing initiatives.
