Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, personnel and ensure outstanding customer service.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising products effectively.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment for all visitors.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports to identify growth opportunities.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build a positive team culture.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of medical cannabis operations is required; and a willingness to learn specific company operational and educational ways is essential.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions to enhance store performance.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and retail management software.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

*Must be able to pass level 2 background check and pre-employment drug screen.
