Role Summary:

As a Packaging Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our packaging processes. You will play a pivotal role in our supply chain to ensure product is able to into available inventory for patients, in a timely fashion. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential as you work to package our products safely, accurately and consistently.

 

Responsibilities

·      Operate and maintain packaging equipment to meet production goals

·      Inspect and verify that packaging materials meet quality standards

·      Assemble, pack, and label products according to specifications

·      Monitor production lines to ensure smooth operation and troubleshoot any issues that arise

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate packaging activities and ensure timely delivery of products

·      Follow and enforce safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment

·      Perform routine maintenance on packaging machinery to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime

 

Requirements

·      Must be 21 years or older

·      Must be able to pass level two LiveScan background screening and pre-employment drug screen

·      High school diploma or equivalent

·      Minimum of 1 year of experience in packaging or assembly line related field

·      Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

·      Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

·      Knowledge of packaging equipment and technologies

·      Familiarity with quality control processes and standards
