Position: Fulfillment Specialist

Pay Range: $ 16-$18 hourly

As a Fulfillment Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are prepared, packed, and delivered with utmost care. You'll interact with a diverse range of patients and support our mission to provide them with the best quality and service. You'll be central to our operations, ensuring that orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately, contributing to our reputation as a trusted provider in the field. Responsibilities

• Process patient orders promptly and accurately utilizing multiple systems
• Follow all compliance processes and complete all required documentation
• Package product into final product inventory
• Ensure packaging meets quality standards before delivery packaging
• Maintain and update inventory records
• Deliver product to patients per designed and managed routes in company vehicle
• Provide excellent and friendly customer service during all deliveries
• Collaborate with team members to streamline fulfillment processes

 Requirements

·      High school diploma or equivalent required

·      Previous experience in order fulfillment or logistics preferred

·      Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

·      Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, English required

·     Able to pass level 2 background check, pre-employment and randomized drug testing

·      Must have clean driving record and pass MVR check

·      Able to lift 25lbs unassisted

·      Knowledgeable in HIPAA compliance and protocols, preferred
