ECOMSPACES INC. Space Coordinator for ecommerce startup Atlanta, GA · Full time

We're seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, tech-savvy person who believes in great customer service to join our growing team as the Space Coordinator for our Atlanta location. Multi-tasking and a great attitude is a MUST. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday.


Your role will be to coordinate and maintain the shared community spaces for our members. You will work closely with our customer service team to schedule and manage room reservations. You will collaborate with our creative team to setup/clean up content creation spaces where we produce amazing content for our clients. You will also greet clients picking up orders and ask them to take photos or film content for our community's social media.

Passionate about ecommerce and retail

  • You will be responsible for scheduling and managing our on-site meeting and content creation spaces
  • You will assist our members with basic ecommerce needs and will be comfortable asking them to take photos or film content for our social media
  • You will handle local pickup orders and engage in light clean up duties

Operational Reporting

  • You will verify shipments and deliveries using shipping software


  • 1+ years of experience within a customer service role is essential, and experience in e-commerce, retail, and/or social media marketing is a huge plus.
  • Personable, approachable & professional with a strong customer service orientation
  • Able to adapt quickly to new information and not afraid to try new things
  • An exhibited history of being highly accountable and reliable
  • A strong, clear, thorough, and articulate communicator
  • An exhibited history of high attention to detail
  • An exhibited history of resourcefulness
  • Experience in product photography or creating content for social media is a plus
  • Speaking other languages is a plus
