Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Commercial Cleaners. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and eco-friendly environment in various commercial settings. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, and other areas.
- Empty trash bins and recycling containers.
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed.
- Follow company cleaning procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
- Use eco-friendly products and techniques in all cleaning processes.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or repairs needed to the supervisor.

Qualifications:
- Prior commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work evening shifts and occasionally adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
- Must have reliable transportation.
