We are looking for a NYC-based Sales Director, who will drive the company's sales and business development efforts, by building a strong pipeline of qualified leads, meeting prospects, and closing new accounts.

About echo3D: echo3D (www.echo3D.com) is a 3D asset management platform for companies to store, secure, and share 3D content in real-time across their organization. We're a STARTUP-NY Company so eligible employees are exempt from NY state and city income taxes.


The Opportunity: We are looking for a NYC-based Sales Director, who will drive the company's sales and business development efforts, by building a strong pipeline of qualified leads, meeting prospects, and closing new accounts.


Compensation: Base of $100. Variable of $0-250k.


Location: Remote-first, NYC (applicants must be NY State residents or planning to move to NY)


Work Hours: Full-time (flexible working hours, paid vacation time)


Responsibilities:


  • Organize and maintain the sales and DB operations of the company
  • Proactively identify, contact, and cultivate new business opportunities (emails, video calls, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Respond to and qualify incoming online inquiries
  • Be accountable and meet and exceed goals for qualified meetings and revenue targets
  • Identify customer needs and communicate the same to the rest of the team
  • Play an active role in the creation and iteration of sales processes, update and expand sales resources and documentation
  • Monitor the market and competitors’ activities and provide detailed sales forecasting


Requirements:


  • Experience selling 3D/XR technologies
  • 3+ years of experience in outbound lead generation and sales/DB at tech company
  • 6+ months of experience in a closing role at tech company
  • Strong sales process discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate to refine outreach and prospecting workflows
  • Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM) and LSN
  • US work authorization


Salary

$100,000 - $110,000 per year
