We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated commission-based B2B Phone Sales Person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business phone sales leads, building relationships with clients, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales goals. This position can be part time or full time depending on your availability.
- Generate new business phone sales leads through research, cold-calling, and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
- Identify client needs and provide solutions through our business phone products
- Develop and deliver sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve sales targets
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales process and beyond
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A computer or laptop to login to CRM and log sales activity
This is a commission-based position, where the successful candidate will earn a percentage of the revenue generated from their sales. The commission rate will be competitive and will be discussed during the interview process.
