We are seeking a reliable and tech-savvy Virtual Secretary to provide remote administrative and clerical support to our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, an excellent communicator, and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks efficiently from a remote location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for executives or team members
- Answer and route emails, phone calls, and messages professionally and promptly
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Organize and maintain digital files and databases
- Coordinate virtual meetings, including scheduling, sending invites, and managing logistics
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Handle travel arrangements and prepare itineraries when needed
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or virtual assistant
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- High school diploma required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
