Key Responsibilities:
- Manage email correspondence, calendars, and scheduling

- Conduct online research and compile reports or summaries
- Assist with social media management, content posting, or basic marketing tasks
- Make travel arrangements, process expense reports, and handle online purchases
- Respond to client or customer inquiries on behalf of the company
- Help manage projects, track deadlines, and support team communication
- Use various online tools, CRMs, and project management software
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and task/project tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Slack)
