The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to [Executive Title(s)], handling a wide range of executive and organizational tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Prepare internal and external communications, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Screen and direct phone calls and email correspondence.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and documents.
- Attend meetings and take notes or minutes as needed.
- Liaise with internal staff, board members, and external stakeholders.
- Handle special projects and research as assigned.
- Track expenses and prepare monthly expense reports.
- Support planning and execution of company events or meetings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience considered.
