We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and solution-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, providing support, answering questions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately
- Handle product or service issues and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, services, and company policies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Work Environment:
