We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable handling a variety of clerical duties to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff and management
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other documents
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist with planning and coordinating company events and meetings
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Support other departments as needed with data entry, project coordination, and communications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, copiers) and administrative software
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Work Environment:
- Full-time or part-time; remote, hybrid, or in-office depending on company policy
- Office setting or virtual office support
- May involve working with multiple departments and reporting to various team leads
