Description
The Substitute Teacher provides classroom instruction and supervision in the absence of the regular teacher. This role supports the spiritual, academic, and social development of students in alignment with the school’s Christian values and educational philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lesson plans and classroom activities as provided by the regular teacher.
- Maintain a classroom environment that supports learning and reflects Christian values.
- Supervise students and manage classroom behavior with fairness and consistency.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and administration.
- Uphold the school’s mission and model Christ-like character in all interactions.
