GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- A consistent, contagious, and fruitful relationship with Jesus Christ, exhibited by the fruit of the Spirit, which is “love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control” (Gal 5:22-23). Character qualities reflected in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
- A track record of serving in ministry, loyalty to pastoral leadership, and a desire to equip the saints in ministry.
- Free from addictions and life-dominating sins; willing to limit one’s liberty for the sake of others, living above reproach.
- Demonstrated competence in doing the work of ministry. The candidate should be able to demonstrate gifting and ability as necessary for ministry leadership.
- A commitment to the Church’s mission, values, statement of faith, and philosophy of ministry.
- If married, a spouse who enthusiastically supports the candidate’s participation and leadership in the church.
- Enthusiastic references who confirm the candidate’s potential for ministry.
- The time and energy to work in ministry in the flexible and at times demanding responsibilities of church work, including some nights and weekends.

- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proven capability in managing email communications, event logistics, and scheduling platforms.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Connections Ministry Responsibilities
- Onboard new volunteers and oversee volunteer scheduling
- Oversee ministry communication and registrations for Connect Events, Baptism Classes, and volunteer gatherings.
- Manage inventory for the Connections ministry.
- Collaborate with the Connections Minister to streamline administrative workflows and provide general support for ministry events and projects.
Groups Ministry Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and communication for new and existing group leaders.
- Coordinate event logistics, hospitality, and printed materials for ministry events.
- Oversee ministry communications and content.
- Collaborate with Groups ministers to maintain and develop systems and processes to support the ministry.
Executive Pastor Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Pastor by managing calendars, meetings, communication, and expense reporting.
- Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas and materials, recording minutes, and tracking follow-up items.
- Assist with church-wide projects and operational initiatives to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Serve as a collaborative member of the team by supporting staff, improving administrative processes, and performing other duties as assigned.

- Immediately inform the supervisor of any areas of concern or conflict
