Eastern Standard Provisions Director of Brand Marketing Remote · Full time

Eastern Standard Provisions is looking for an innovative and strategic Director of Brand Marketing to lead the planning, development, and implementation of marketing strategy, consumer brand marketing, and retail marketing efforts for Eastern Standard Provisions to deliver stated volume and profit objectives.

Description

What you will do:

  • Leads all marketing efforts for assigned brands/products as well as the planning and execution of short-and long-term marketing plans as well as overseeing the development and implementation of marketing’s role in retail planning
  • Collaborates with and influences cross-functional teams in project management activities to ensure delivery of profitable new products and renovation of existing products that meet consumer and customer needs
  • Directs the efforts of the marketing team, consultants and agencies and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other business functions at Eastern Standard Provisions
  • Manages communications plan and execution to deliver on-budget, growth-driving tactics in packaging, promotions, advertising, digital and social engagement
  • Works collaboratively with the Sales team to drive growth with retailers striving to reach the consumer and provides strategic direction in the development of selling and customer presentation documents
  • Directs growth in marketing team’s business acumen including consumer insights, project management, financials, forecasting, building a business case, customer relations and presentation skills

 

Who you are:

  • Must have between 5-7 years’ experience in brand marketing for consumer products
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brick and mortar retail launches
  • Obsessive attention to detail and can excel at setting strategy but also loves rolling up their sleeves and getting the job done
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that demands high quality, creativity, and consistency
  • Experience in the CPG food industry preferred
  • Superior written, presentation, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
