Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented DME CPAP Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of CPAP therapy for our patients, from initial setup and education to ongoing support and compliance monitoring. The DME CPAP Coordinator will work closely with healthcare providers, patients, and other team members to ensure the highest level of patient care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the setup and delivery of CPAP equipment for patients.
• Provide comprehensive patient education on the use and maintenance of CPAP devices.
• Monitor patient compliance and provide ongoing support to ensure effective therapy.
• Manage patient records, including documentation of equipment provided and follow-up care.
• Communicate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate exchange of patient information.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to CPAP therapy.
• Maintain inventory of CPAP equipment and supplies.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in CPAP therapy.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a DME, respiratory therapy, or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of CPAP equipment and therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
