Full-Time Residential Cleaning Technician

What We Offer

• $700-$950/week
• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• Performance-based pay with an hourly guarantee

• Monday–Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm
• No nights, no weekends

How Our Pay Works

We use a performance-based pay system designed to reward efficiency and quality. You're in control of your earnings — the more consistent and efficient you are, the more you earn. Most technicians earn well above the minimum guarantee, and we give you the training and systems to get there from day one.

• Clean residential homes and small offices throughout Norfolk, Chesapeake, and Virginia Beach
• Follow detailed checklists and systems
• Deliver consistent, high-quality results
• Work independently or with a teammate

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
• Comfortable working around pets
• Must be able to pass a background check 
• Physically able to clean homes throughout the day
• Be able to bend, kneel and lift up to 20 lbs
• Comfortable using a smartphone for communication
