What You’ll Do

  • Lead residential and light commercial plumbing installs and repairs
  • Manage jobsite workflow, delegate tasks, and mentor apprentices
  • Communicate directly with customers in a professional and solution-focused way
  • Ensure jobs are completed on time, up to code, and to Eagle Pipe Heating & Air’s quality standards
  • Collaborate with project managers and other trades to keep work moving smoothly
  • Keep job documentation, materials lists, and service records accurate and up to date
  • Represent the company with pride on every call, every job, every time


What You Bring

  • 5 or more years of professional plumbing experience
  • Washington State journeyman plumbing license required
  • Experience leading jobs and mentoring junior team members
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a deep understanding of plumbing systems
  • Ability to work independently and confidently make decisions in the field
  • Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
  • A calm, no-nonsense attitude and commitment to doing the job right
