What You’ll Do

• Assist with residential and light commercial plumbing installs and repairs
• Support journeyman plumbers on the job, learning the ropes of tools, materials, and systems
• Observe and practice safe, code-compliant plumbing techniques
• Help keep jobs organized, including materials, tools, and documentation
• Communicate politely and professionally with customers, asking questions and learning how to provide solutions
• Take advantage of hands-on training to grow toward becoming a licensed plumber

What You Bring

• A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Basic mechanical aptitude or experience with tools is a plus
• Willingness to follow instructions and grow under mentorship
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
