What You’ll Do

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, ACs)
• Read and follow mechanical plans, blueprints, and installation instructions
• Run, hang, and seal ductwork to code and company standards
• Set equipment, connect low-voltage wiring, line sets, drains, and control systems
• Coordinate with project managers, service techs, and warehouse for job readiness
• Maintain a clean jobsite and professional appearance
• Ensure installations meet code, manufacturer specs, and Eagle Pipe Heating & Air quality standards

 What You Bring

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential or light commercial)
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of HVAC systems, duct design, and installation best practices
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• EPA Certification required (or willing to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic — zero ego, all hustle
