Job Description:

As the HVAC Install Manager, you will oversee and manage HVAC installations from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards. You will lead a team of skilled installers, coordinate logistics, and maintain effective communication with customers to guarantee satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and experienced professional with a passion for leadership and delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of HVAC installers, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Coordinate daily installation schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Ensure all HVAC installations comply with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Communicate directly with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee equipment and materials procurement to ensure the team has everything necessary for successful installations.
• Perform quality control checks on all installations, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.
• Ensure all installation paperwork and documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and high performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses as required by local/state regulations.
• A clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
