What You’ll Do

• Run in-home consultations with residential customers
• Assess comfort needs and recommend customized HVAC solutions
• Build rapport and earn trust through honest, clear communication
• Present proposals using company software and tools
• Follow up with customers and manage your own sales pipeline
• Coordinate with install and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Hit or exceed monthly sales targets with integrity and professionalism

What You Bring

• 2 or more years of in-home or direct sales experience (HVAC, solar, alarms, pest control, or similar)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivation, accountability, and a goal-oriented mindset
• The ability to adapt, learn quickly, and think on your feet
• Familiarity with proposal software and CRM systems preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• A genuine desire to help customers make the best decision for their home
