Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable HVAC Apprentice to join our team at Eagle Pipe Heating & Air. This role involves assisting the Installation leader and technicians with the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential customers. As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience working with various HVAC equipment and systems while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist the crew leader with the preparation of equipment and materials for scheduled jobs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle, both inside and out.
• Support the installation of HVAC equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete installation forms accurately for reporting and tracking purposes.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in all company-sponsored training and professional development opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an HVAC installation apprentice preferred but not required. 
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• GED or High School Diploma.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures, confined spaces, and under various physical conditions (climbing, crawling, bending, etc.).
• Comfortable working in attics, basements, and crawl spaces to access HVAC units.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs and work in various positions (kneeling, stooping, crouching).
