We are looking for an organized problem-solver who keeps everything moving.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily schedule of service technicians for HVAC and plumbing repairs, while simultaneously coordinating the complex logistics of new equipment installations. You will ensure that the right technician arrives at the right time with the right information, and that every installation project is planned to perfection.

What You’ll Do

• Dispatch HVAC and plumbing service technicians efficiently throughout the day
• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules in real time
• Communicate accurate arrival times and updates to customers
• Prioritize emergency calls and maintenance customers appropriately
• Schedule and coordinate all installation projects from start to finish
• Ensure equipment, permits, and materials are ready before install day
• Coordinate subcontractors when projects require it
• Review technician notes for accuracy, billing, and follow-up needs
• Process warranties, rebates, and financing paperwork
• Maintain clean and accurate records in the CRM/ServiceTitan
• Perform post-service and post-installation follow-ups to confirm satisfaction
• Help resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy

What You Bring

• 2+ years in dispatching, scheduling, logistics, or project coordination (home services preferred)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Excellent organization and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and Strong geographical knowledge of the service area.
• Comfort with computers, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software is a big plus
• A mindset focused on teamwork, accountability, and customer experience
