The Role - As a Laborer at Eagle Mechanical & Plumbing LLC, you will assist in various tasks related to mechanical and plumbing projects. You will work closely with skilled tradespeople to ensure that projects are completed on time and to our high standards. Your role is essential in maintaining a clean and organized job site.
What You'll Do - Assist skilled tradespeople with plumbing and mechanical installations. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols. - Load and unload materials and equipment as needed. - Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively. - Follow instructions and complete tasks as directed by supervisors. - Help with site preparation and cleanup at the end of each project. - Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor. - Basic knowledge of plumbing and mechanical systems is a plus. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. - Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced tradespeople. - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Nice to Have - Previous experience in construction or a related field. - Familiarity with hand and power tools. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Certification in safety training or first aid is a plus.
