Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Janitorial Staff member to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities. This position is crucial for creating a positive atmosphere and promoting the well-being of everyone who visits our space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; sanitize surfaces and equipment.
• Empty trash and recycling bins; replace liners as needed.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving items as needed.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
