Service Manager

We’re looking for a Service Manager who can lead the guest experience, support daily operations, and help keep the team organized and accountable.


Position Summary

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can run the front of house confidently while also helping with scheduling, ordering, staff coordination, and operational flow. Some back-of-house experience is strongly valued, as we believe great leaders understand the whole operation.


You won’t be sitting in an office. You’ll be in the action.


Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Floor Leadership

  • Lead front-of-house service during shifts
  • Create a welcoming, professional guest experience
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and respectfully
  • Maintain pace, urgency, and hospitality standards

Team Leadership

  • Help direct and support staff during shifts
  • Reinforce standards, accountability, and teamwork
  • Assist with training new team members
  • Help create a positive, no-drama work culture

Operations

  • Assist with scheduling and shift coverage
  • Help with ordering, inventory, and receiving deliveries
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness
  • Communicate issues and opportunities to ownership

Kitchen Support

  • Step into prep or back-of-house support when needed
  • Understand food safety, sanitation, and workflow basics
  • Help wherever needed to keep service strong

Qualifications

  • Restaurant experience required
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong front-of-house presence and communication skills
  • Some back-of-house or kitchen experience preferred
  • Experience with scheduling and ordering is a major plus
  • Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure
  • Team-first attitude with solid work ethic
