Position Overview

As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll be part of the core team responsible for preparing and serving high-quality sandwiches in a fast-paced, system-driven kitchen.

This role is hands-on, team-oriented, and built for people who take pride in doing things right every time.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble sandwiches with consistency and attention to detail
• Prep ingredients including vegetables, sauces, and proteins
• Cook menu items using griddle, fryer, and other equipment
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen
• Run food to guests and support overall service flow

What We’re Looking For

• 1 year of QSR or fast casual cooking experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in their work
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Schedule

• Lunch and dinner shifts available
• Flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time options

Pay and Perks

• $16 to $19 per hour based on experience
