Position Overview

As a Prep Cook / Kitchen Team Member, you’ll be part of the core team responsible for preparing ingredients, supporting sandwich assembly, and keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for service.

This role is hands-on, team-oriented, and built for people who take pride in doing things right every time.

What You’ll Do

·      Prep ingredients including vegetables, sauces, and proteins

·      Chop, slice, portion, and organize food for daily service

·      Assist with sandwich assembly and basic cooking as needed

·      Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

·      Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen

·      Assist with opening and closing duties

·      Support overall kitchen flow to keep service running smoothly

·      Positive attitude and willingness to learn

·      No prior kitchen experience required

Schedule

·      Lunch and dinner shifts available

·      Part-time only

·      Flexible scheduling
