MUST BE LOCATED IN OR AROUND NEW JERSEY. While this role is primarily remote, travel around New Jersey is expected roughly 4 times a month.
Role Details & Compensation:
- Annual salary range: $60,000-65,000, depending on experience - on target earnings $90,000

- While the majority of your work will be performed during normal business hours, this role may occasionally require availability outside typical business hours.
- You will be asked to conduct on-site visits to treatment centers and providers in New Jersey. This will range from 1 to 5 times a month.
Job Responsibilities
- Works with the Director of Provider Relations to engage with potential treatment provider partners.
- Establish relationships with treatment providers and meet with them in order to provide education on the DynamiCare suite of services, and how it may benefit their members.
- Assist with the coordination of provider contracts.
- Work with the Operations Team in order to configure the technology platform for new implementations.
- Provide training to provider partners specific to utilization of the provider portal and referral pathways
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date enrollment workflows consistent with requirements of specific implementations.
- Assist providers in identifying members who are eligible for referral.
- Serve as liaison between each provider and DynamiCare
- Meet with providers on a regular basis to collaborate related to member care and to drive recruitment.
- Maintain open communication with referring providers and address needs as they arise.
- Audit Member accounts and referral tracker (by account) weekly.
- Audit Member accounts (by provider) monthly to maintain awareness of Member progress and identify any opportunities.
- Participate as an active member of the Clinical and Leadership Teams.
- Provide back-up to the Enrollment Department.
- Pull and distribute monthly reporting per requirements of individual provider contracts.

Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent
- Prior business development experience in behavioral health/substance use disorder treatment
- Highly self-motivated and capable of communicating virtually with not only providers but also your team and manager
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy
- Strong organizational skills, process oriented and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with relevant treatment providers
