Remote, commission-only sales role covering the West Coast — sell vendor-independent cybersecurity and IT services with uncapped earning potential.
We are growing on the West Coast and seeking a driven sales representative to open and close new business across the region. You will sell Dynamical's full range of services into technology, healthcare and life sciences, professional services, and fast-scaling companies across the Bay Area, Southern California, and the Pacific Northwest.
• Advisory Services — technology advisory, infrastructure modernization, systems integration, and vendor-independent consulting
• Implementation Services — deployment, configuration, integration, and onboarding engagements
• Managed Services — ongoing managed security and operational service retainers
• Security Services — assessments, managed security, compliance, and related cybersecurity offerings
• Identify, develop, and close new sales of Dynamical’s services across the Northeast.
• Register and manage each opportunity through our deal-registration process to secure commission eligibility.
• Build and own a pipeline from prospecting through close, acting as the procuring cause of the sale.
• Sell only at Company-approved pricing and represent our vendor-independent positioning accurately.
• Develop relationships with prospects and referral partners in your region.
• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in IT services, cybersecurity, managed services, or technology consulting.
• A self-directed, entrepreneurial operator who thrives in a commission-only, independent model.
• An existing network — or the proven ability to build one quickly — within your region.
• Strong consultative selling, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability and willingness to work as an independent contractor (1099).
• Independent contractor (1099), commission-only. This is not a salaried or W-2 position — there is no base pay, retainer, or draw against commission.
• 20% of collected gross profit on new business (initial engagement / first 12 months of recurring revenue).
• 10% of collected gross profit on renewals, extensions, and recurring revenue while you remain engaged.
• Uncapped earning potential. Commissions are paid monthly as client payments are collected.
• Ongoing residual commission on recurring and managed-services revenue for as long as you remain engaged.
• Non-exclusive engagement — set your own hours, work location, and sales approach.
