You will work closely with our attorneys and administrative team on estate planning, estate administration, and corporate matters. Your daily responsibilities will focus on client communication, document preparation, and case management.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and review legal documents including, but not limited to, wills, powers of attorney, deeds, probate petitions, and corporate organizational documents.
  • Provide case updates to clients, attorneys, and advisors.
  • Oversee filing of deeds, probate petitions, and annual corporate reports.
  • Manage case files and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Complete other projects as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an estate planning, probate, or corporate paralegal.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience using WealthCounsel, Clio, Georgia E-filing systems, and Mac computers preferred.
