Jacobs Law is seeking an experienced Estate Planning/Corporate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning or corporate law, a high level of professionalism, strong attention to detail, and a drive for helping clients navigate complex legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
  • Drafting and reviewing documents related to mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, entity formation, contracts, and compliance.
  • Managing estate administration and probate proceedings with attention to detail and empathy for our clients' needs.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent communication and responsive service.


  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the Georgia State Bar.
  • Master of Laws (LLM) or strong tax knowledge is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning or corporate law.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
