The Role

As a Seasonal Sales Associate at Duck Camp, LLC, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales during our busy season. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding the right products, and ensure a welcoming shopping atmosphere.

Responsibilities: 

• Ensure an industry leading customer experience in the store by modeling brand standards as well as monitoring customer feedback.
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Welcome and actively seek out customers and build relationships.
• Assist in store flips and merchandising direction, to maintain product freshness in the store.
• Maximize store sales by upselling and providing the customer with the needed knowledge to purchase.
• Help ensure that the store's inventory integrity is maintained through proper shipping and receiving procedures.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss the features and benefits.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
