We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to drive agile product development and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. You will lead product strategy, define clear requirements, and facilitate alignment across engineering, clinical, and go-to-market teams. Your technical acumen, paired with your ability to translate healthcare needs into actionable technical workflows, will be critical for this role.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run Agile product development processes including Scrums, Sprints, and backlog grooming.
  • Define, prioritize, and maintain clear product and project roadmaps, use cases, and workflows.
  • Translate healthcare requirements and technical needs into comprehensive product specifications.
  • Oversee software development lifecycle including development, QA, UAT, deployment, and support planning.
  • Define and implement rigorous quality control processes and performance metrics.
  • Ensure product compliance with industry standards (HIPAA, SOC2, etc.).
  • Champion best practices for authentication, authorization, and application security posture.
  • Lead containerized deployments at scale with Kubernetes (GKE) and containerd.
  • Drive automated CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and ArgoCD.
  • Support mobile and web application development using Flutter/Firebase and React.js/TypeScript.
  • Collaborate on advanced AI integrations leveraging LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangFuse).


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical product or project management roles.
  • Proven expertise with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and leading development teams.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform), Kubernetes (GKE), and container technologies.
  • Hands-on familiarity with CI/CD tools (Terraform, ArgoCD).
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile application frameworks (Flutter/Firebase, React.js, TypeScript).
  • Experience working with healthcare industry compliance standards (HIPAA, SOC2).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
  • Experience integrating and working with AI technologies, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, or LangFuse.
  • Certification in Product Management (CSPO, CPM, PMP) or Agile methodologies.
  • Previous startup experience or experience working in rapid-growth environments.


Reporting Structure:

  • Reports directly to the Senior Director of Engineering & Cloud Operations.
  • Will collaborate closely with Engineering, Clinical Operations, and GTM teams.
  • Potential to supervise junior product managers or project coordinators as the team grows.


Salary

$135,000 - $155,000 per year
